All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive real-time tracking details via SMS and email so you can follow your parcel’s journey from our door to yours.
2. Delivery Time
We deliver across India.

- In some remote areas or during peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer, and the expected timeframe will be communicated at checkout.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on all orders above a minimum cart value of 1500.

5. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will make the best effort to deliver your package to the address provided. If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., customer unavailable), you will typically be notified with instructions on re-delivery or pickup options.
6. Change of Address
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
